{"id":198,"date":"2020-11-11T21:30:05","date_gmt":"2020-11-11T12:30:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nano-t-s.co.jp\/?page_id=198"},"modified":"2020-11-11T21:36:04","modified_gmt":"2020-11-11T12:36:04","slug":"product2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/nano-t-s.co.jp\/en\/product2\/","title":{"rendered":"PEG Modifier Detection Kit"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 id=\"title2\">Kit to detect antibodies to polyethylene glycol (PEG) and PEG modifications of synthetic polymers.<\/h2>\n<p>We developed an ELISA kit that can detect anti-PEG antibodies (IgG and IgM) in serum using monoclonal antibodies purified from a hybridoma that produces anti-PEG antibodies, which was originally developed by us. The kit can detect anti-PEG antibodies using human clinical specimens, and is useful in cases where anti-PEG antibodies are suspected to be present in the blood, such as failure of treatment with PEGylated drugs or allergic reactions such as anaphylaxis-like reactions after administration of PEGylated drugs.
